The Royal Commissions Amendment (Protection of Information) Bill 2021 passed on Wednesday. It will now go to the House of Representatives before officially becoming law.
This will make sure that people with disability can tell the whole truth to the Royal Commission without worrying about retaliation. We have been campaigning for this law since the very start. Stay tuned for updates!
