Sometimes, if the Disability Royal Commission wants more information on a particular issue, they will release an Issues Paper inviting people to make submissions.
You can make a submission about any issue at any time, however, if the Disability Royal Commission has released an Issues Paper, it is very likely getting ready to hold a public hearing on that issue in the near future.
If you would like your submission to be read before the public hearing, it’s a good idea to make your submission by the due date on the issues paper.
The issues papers released so far can be found here.
